01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the sis6s platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This includes any updates or amendments to these Terms that sis6s may publish from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account, access the platform, deposit funds, place bets or use any services provided by sis6s. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the sis6s Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and sis6s.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the sis6s platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. sis6s does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate accounts or accounts acting on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from sis6s, whether by your own request or by action of the platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of sis6s is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of any employee of sis6s or its affiliated companies.

sis6s reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts that fail to pass verification checks may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances held may be withheld pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on sis6s. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method or same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. sis6s may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided, including a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your account credentials with any other person.
• Ensuring that all activity carried out under your account is authorised by you.
• Notifying sis6s immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

sis6s will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the cause was the player's own failure to keep their credentials secure. Accounts showing signs of compromise will be suspended pending investigation to protect the player's funds.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sis6s are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. No foreign currency conversion is applied to your balance.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your sis6s account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• sis6s does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method must belong to the registered account holder.
• sis6s does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification before processing. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all accounts.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically clear within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account at the time of request.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 05.

sis6s reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, sis6s will notify you and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

sis6s offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Players are advised to read the individual bonus terms before opting in.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a specified amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated with each offer.
• One bonus per player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device and per payment method.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account. No extension will be provided once a bonus has expired.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse prevention: sis6s employs active monitoring for bonus abuse, including patterns such as low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have those bonuses removed and may face suspension.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The sis6s sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC events), football, esports and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bet confirmation: All bets are final once confirmed by the system. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Odds: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable time window, or if the market is determined to have been affected by erroneous odds. Void bets are settled at the original stake, which is returned to your balance.
• Maximum payout limits: A maximum payout cap applies per event and per market. This limit is displayed within the betting interface and applies regardless of the odds or stake placed.
• Suspicious activity: sis6s reserves the right to void or withhold settlement of any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation, inside information, or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit the platform.
• Results: All match results are settled based on official sources. For cricket, the official scores as published by the respective cricket board govern settlement. For PSL specifically, the official Pakistan Super League results apply.

07 Casino & Slot Games

The sis6s casino and slot game library is powered by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, Microgaming and others. The following terms apply to all casino and slot activity:

• Random Number Generation (RNG): All digital casino and slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems. Results are random, unpredictable and not influenced by previous outcomes, bet size or account status.
• RTP figures: Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical figures calculated over millions of game rounds. Actual results in any individual session will vary and may differ significantly from the published RTP. RTP does not guarantee winnings.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error or server interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, sis6s reserves the right to void that round and return the applicable stake to the player's balance. Malfunction voids all pays and play.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game results are determined by the physical action of the live dealer (card dealing, roulette wheel spin, etc.) and are recorded by video. The video feed is the definitive record of the outcome in any dispute.
• Game availability: sis6s may add, remove or temporarily suspend games from the library at any time. Open game sessions will be completed or the stake returned before a game is removed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sis6s platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in games or the platform to obtain funds not legitimately won.
• Deliberately abusing bonuses through strategies designed to extract value without genuine play intent.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer or interfere with any part of the sis6s platform infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling winnings or operating an unlicensed agency on behalf of other players.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

sis6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any behaviour that poses a risk to the platform or other players.

In the event of account closure:

• Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonuses where the wagering requirement has not been met will not be returned.
• If the closure is due to fraud or a serious breach of these Terms, sis6s reserves the right to withhold the entire balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to pursue recovery of funds already withdrawn.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting sis6s support. Self-exclusion requests under the responsible gaming policy are processed immediately and override all other account settings.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sis6s platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces and all associated branding — is the intellectual property of sis6s or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, frame, mirror or transmit any part of the sis6s platform or its content without prior written permission from sis6s. Unauthorised use of sis6s intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, etc.) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by sis6s under licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

The sis6s platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, sis6s makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the continuous availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.

• sis6s will not be liable for any loss of winnings, profits or funds resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, game malfunctions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• sis6s will not be liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• sis6s will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits sis6s liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, internet connection and browser are adequate to use the platform. sis6s does not guarantee compatibility with every device or network configuration.

12 Privacy & Data

sis6s collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform use. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the sis6s Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting sis6s support.

sis6s will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention systems solely for the purpose of operating the platform and complying with applicable obligations.

13 Responsible Gaming
